A guide to this site.

Zealous Mirror measures character by what a person says they would actually do under pressure, across courage, wisdom, temperance and justice, and hands back a plain read. Most of what is here is free. This page is the map.

"Show me around" puts a spotlight on each real button and says what it is for. You can stop it at any point by pressing Escape.

In one minute

What this actually is.

It is a read, not a grade

Twenty ordinary situations. You pick what you would do. The score reflects where a habit holds under pressure today and names one growth edge. It is not a verdict on you and it is not fixed.

It is not therapy

No diagnosis, no clinical claim, nothing validated by an outside body. Early and honest work, bounded and reproducible. If you are in crisis, the site says so and hands you a real number.

It is mostly free

The workbench, the lessons, the open world, the sciences and the ledger cost nothing and are not a trial. One page lists everything that costs money, including the one thing that renews.

The order to do things in

Where to start, depending on who you are.

If you are one person

  1. Take the read. Twenty situations, about ten minutes, no password needed to begin. It is $2.50, paid once.
  2. Open your workbench. Turn the read into one vision, one goal and this week's task. Private to you, free, and yours to keep.
  3. Do one lesson. Each names what the right choice actually costs, one per virtue.
  4. Come to the rooms if you want other people in it with you. Eighteen and over.

If you run a program

  1. Take the read yourself first. It takes ten minutes and it is the whole argument.
  2. Read how the measure works. The scoring is in the open, with the numbers, so you can judge it before you spend anything.
  3. Book the call. It is free and short, and it names the one claim worth measuring. Nobody should buy an audit from a phone without talking to a person.

If you are just looking

  1. Walk The Descent. The open world, free, no account.
  2. Read the ledger. What this site claims, and what it has actually proved. Including the parts that are not proved.
  3. Watch the vitals. The live numbers the site runs on, unedited.

Still stuck

Ask a person.

Zeal answers on any page: he is the figure in the corner, and he knows what stage you are at. The Ledger answers harder questions about the method. If neither helps, write to [email protected] or call (352) 849-6770. A person reads both.
