- the steps to see it for yourself
- how to reach you, if you'd like a reply
Please don't
- open, change or delete anyone else's account or data

- share the problem publicly before we've had a fair chance to fix it
What we do
We confirm what you reported, fix what's real, and tell you when it's fixed if you left a way to reach you. Children use this site with a guardian's consent, so problems that could expose someone's data come first.
