What we hold, and what we don't.
Plain language, because that's the honest way to write it. This describes what the Zealous Mirror site actually does today. It is not legal advice, and it will be reviewed by counsel before we scale.
What we collect
Only what the read needs: your name, your email, a password (stored hashed — we never see it), your assessment answers, and your lesson progress. If you keep a place in a community room that isn't open yet, or join the early-access list for the Pattern Read, we hold that choice with your account, and nothing more; you can release either at any time. That's the whole list. No third‑party trackers, no advertising pixels, no analytics that follow you.
How we use it
To give you your own formation read and to remember your progress between visits. That's all. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties, and we do not use it to train any model. Your read is yours; it is never shown to anyone else or rolled into a public number.
Where it lives
On our own server, sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and backed up so it isn't lost. It is not handed to an outside platform.
Private chat links
If someone sends you a private chat link, your messages and voice clips are encrypted in your browser before they leave it. The key is the part of the link after the #, which browsers never send to a server, so our server stores only scrambled text it cannot read. The server does know when messages were sent, how large they were, and your connection's address in its logs. A link works for 1, 7 or 30 days. When it ends or its creator closes it, its messages are erased. Anyone who has the whole link can read the chat, so keep it private.
Your control
You can delete your account and everything tied to it at any time from your Account page — your profile, your answers, and your progress are removed. Nothing is kept.
Children's privacy
An account for someone under 13 requires a parent or guardian's verifiable consent under U.S. children's privacy law (COPPA). Until that consent is in place, the account is held and we collect nothing further from a child. A parent or guardian may ask us to review or delete a child's information at any time by writing to the address below.
