What everything costs.

One thing here renews: the conversation rooms, $2.50 a month, and you can cancel it yourself in two clicks. Everything else is either free and staying free, or bought once and never again.

Paid once What renews What is free

Already paying for something? Manage or cancel it here. You do not need us to do it for you.

One subscription, and this is it.

The conversation rooms

Sixteen rooms where a few people think through one hard thing with you, at your pace, with an agent keeping it safe. Reflection, not advice. Eighteen and over.

Renews every month. Cancel yourself at any time and it stops at the end of the month you paid for. Nothing else on the site needs it.

Stopping

How to stop paying, in full.

  1. The rooms. Open your billing page, enter the email you paid with, and cancel. It takes about a minute and you do not need us.
  2. Anything paid once. There is nothing to cancel. It was one payment and it does not come back.
  3. Your whole account. Delete it from your account page. Your answers, workbench and progress go with it.

If a charge on your statement does not look right, write to [email protected] and it gets refunded. We would rather give the money back than argue about it.
